After We List Your Home...

- Arrange for an office tour of your home.
- Explain details of the purchase agreement and negotiations.
- Explain home inspections and appraisal procedure, if they are advisable.
- Stay abreast of current market conditions.
- Offer a weekly update and follow up on showings.
- Explain the appointment system and showing procedures.
- Promote your property at weekly sales meetings of brokers.
- Supervise weekly inspection, lawn maintenance and winterization, if property is vacant.
When an offer to purchase is received we will
